Responsibilities

• Assist with basic food handling and meal preparation tasks under supervision to support chefs and cooks
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, cookware, and appliances through regular cleaning routines
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials in accordance with health regulations
• Support food safety protocols by sanitizing work areas and adhering to hygiene standards at all times
• Help with food storage by organizing ingredients and supplies in designated areas
• Assist with general kitchen maintenance, including sweeping, mopping floors, and cleaning storage areas
• Collaborate with team members during busy service times to ensure efficient food service and customer satisfaction

Requirements
