We’re looking for a dedicated Kitchen Steward who takes pride in maintaining order, hygiene, and efficiency in a fast-paced culinary environment.

As a Kitchen Steward, you’ll be an essential part of our Food & Beverage team. Your role supports our chefs, ensures the cleanliness of our kitchen, and contributes to the overall guest experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and equipment.

  • Operate dishwashing machines efficiently and safely.

  • Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food prep or kitchen tasks when needed.

  • Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety and hygiene standards.

  • Handle waste disposal and recycling following resort guidelines.

  • Support inventory management by properly storing kitchen equipment and supplies.

  • Report any repair or maintenance needs to supervisors promptly.

  • Help maintain a positive and collaborative workflow within the kitchen team.

  • Someone who is reliable, hardworking, and committed to maintaining high standards.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized.

  • Willingness to learn and support kitchen operations.

  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

  • Prior experience in hospitality or kitchen operations is an asset but not mandatory.
