Kitchen Helper/Dishwasher

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to support our culinary team in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. This role is essential for ensuring smooth food preparation and service operations, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, food handling, and teamwork, with previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or food service settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation tasks under the supervision of chefs and kitchen staff
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste
• Support food handling and storage procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health standards
• Help with basic cooking tasks as directed, including assembling ingredients and preparing simple dishes
• Organize and restock supplies to ensure the kitchen remains well-equipped during service hours
• Support serving staff during busy periods by assisting with tray setup or clearing tables when needed
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold hygiene standards in the kitchen environment

Experience

• Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with cleaning procedures and food handling practices is advantageous
• Experience in food preparation, cooking, or hospitality roles will be considered a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role

Required working time: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 4-9pm
