MOZZ Sourdough Pizza is on the hunt for kitchen manager legends to join our Back of House crew! If you’ve got a passion for food, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to be part of a fun, tight-knit team, keep reading.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading a team to be crafting artisan pizzas and prepping top-tier ingredients like a pro
- Cooking up our signature pies with precision and speed
- Keeping the kitchen clean, stocked, and running smoothly
- Staying sharp on food safety and sanitation (we take it very seriously!)
- Teaming up with Front of House employees to get orders out fast and fresh
- Full Time hours can range from 32-40 hours per week (we make no guarantee of 40+)
- Managing a crew of 5-8 people including training, coaching, writing prep lists, placing orders, etc
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years of kitchen management experience under your belt with a proven track record of success
- Solid to expert cooking know-how + solid food safety awareness
- Cool under pressure — you can juggle tasks without breaking a sweat
- A solid teammate who communicates and collaborates
- Flexible schedule (weekends and holiday availability a must)
