Kitchen Porter / Cleaner

Part-time vacancy for a kitchen porter/cleaner in a busy restaurant. Experience is not essential. Applicants should have good English, a good standard of personal hygiene and be capable of working efficiently on their own initiative and as part of a team. This position requires averaging 10 hours per week, with the ability to work weekdays and one weekend day.

To be eligible, applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

· Work as part of the team with the Head Chef and the Customer service staff to provide high standards.

· To follow the HACCP programme to ensure effective standards in line with hygiene and quality regulations.

· To ensure regular and systematic cleaning in the kitchen and front of the house.

· Be calm under pressure & be able to multitask.

Requirements:

· Experienced and trained on HACCP (if not training provided)

· Excellent communication,

· Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task

· Be flexible as evenings, weekdays & weekends

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: €13.40 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 12 per week
