Kitchen Production Team Member

Chill Bros. Scoop Shop at the beautiful Epicurean Hotel in South Tampa is in search of a dedicated, Kitchen Production Assistant who would enjoy working as part of a team in a fast paced culinary environment. The duties will include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for sanitation of ice cream kitchen
• Assembling Ice Cream Containers
• Properly washing and sanitizing all dishes, equipment and surfaces
• Proper removal of all trash and recyclables as well as cleaning and sanitizing receptacles
• Restocking and organizing walk-in and dry goods
• Unloading and storing food deliveries
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Pulling Ice Cream to Fill Orders
• Supporting scoop shop team by assisting with other duties as needed'
