Job Overview

The Kitchen Steward ensures cleanliness, sanitation, and overall support of kitchen and dining operations in a pre-opening restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
• Wash dishes and ensure proper sanitation
• Assist with waste disposal and inventory of cleaning supplies
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Support kitchen operations as needed

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• With or without experience (training provided)
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
