(Korean/English) - Customer Service & Insurance Advisor

C&C Insurance is a busy brokerage focused on customer service and attention to detail. We are currently looking to expand our team with an Insurance Advisor on a full-time basis at our Langley Location (near H-Mart)

Job Information:

The candidate selected for this position will be carrying out work including, but not limited to the following:

• Assisting with ICBC transactions and related duties such as batching, inventory management, and following up on renewals
• Assisting with Personal Lines inquiries, renewals, and follow-ups (House, Condo, Tenant, and Travel Insurance)
• Educating customers by providing the correct insurance product for their needs
• Data entry, scanning, filing, and collating using our Applied Epic Software
• Other miscellaneous administrative duties
• Any other job-related tasks as required by management
• This job-posting will be primarily based out of our Langley Location, but will give preference to flexibility to work out of our location in Burnaby.

Schedule

• 8 hour shift (Monday to Friday)
• Flexible schedule
• Full-Time position
• Work Saturdays as required

Education

• Secondary School
• Level 1 Insurance License is preferred, but we will train and license the ideal candidate (all licensing and first attempt at examination will be covered subject to conditions)
• Must obtain license prior to start-date (we may consider P/T training prior to licensing for the right candidate)

Experience

• Data entry
• Customer service experience
• Previous experience in the Insurance Industry with Applied Epic/Policycenter considered an asset
• Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment

Language

• Ability to communicate in Korean (Strongly Preferred)
• Ability to communicate fluently in English
