The role

You will report to our Store Leader and work with the on-duty team and will create an exceptional retail experience that offers gelato tastings, and retail sales of gelato, coffees, and merchandise.

You will be responsible for customer service and retail tasks which include:

• Opening and or closing the store
• Providing a customer in-store experience that is aligned with our brand.
• Ensuring you and the team on duty follow our systems and processes
• Encouraging tastings, add-on product sales and engaging positively with customers
• Take pride in attention to detail, food safety standards visual merchandising.
• Love talking and engaging with people and have a passion for working in retail/hospitality.

We're open 7 days, so we are looking for team members that can cover various rosters.

You will:

• Have at least 1 year of service, retail or hospitality experience.
• Understand the importance of the customer’s brand experience and working as team to deliver to expectations.
• Love talking and engaging with people and have a passion for working in retail/hospitality.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From €13.50 per hour
