Join our R&D team to test and validate cutting-edge heat pump water heating systems!
As Laboratory Technician HPWH you'll operate within the R&D WHE laboratory, collaborating with engineers and product specialists to support testing, validation, and system improvement activities.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare, install, and configure equipment for testing (HPWH units, sensors, measuring instruments, data acquisition systems)
- Perform performance tests, energy consumption measurements, heating capacity checks, and operational cycles according to defined protocols (EN 16147)
- Draft technical reports and test documentation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate results and improve products
What we’re looking for:
- Engineering degree (energy, mechanical, electrical)
- Knowledge of thermodynamics and refrigeration cycles
- Familiarity with measurement tools and data acquisition systems
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and quality-oriented mindset
