There are 5 key responsibilities for this role which are:

• Driving around Dublin carrying out maintenance work on driveways, patios, fences and decking.
• General driveway and patio maintenance such as power washing, sealing, relaying, repointing.....
• Deck and fence repairs including oiling and staining
• Ability to use power tools and help build sheds, pergolas, fencing and outdoor kitchen assembley.
• Assisting with landscape projects and material collections

Skills & requirements

• Experience in landscaping, building and facility management for homeowners & commercial businesses
• Experience using powerwashing and soft washing equipment and general power tools.
• A good team player who can also work alone
• Written and Verbal English Skills
• Ability to deliver clear messages in meetings
• Attention to detail and pride in your work
• Trustworthy and hardworking
• Strong organisational skills, managing (some) tight deadlines
• Self-motivated & committed with a proactive attitude to change
• Must have a clean and valid drivers licence.
