We are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to lead our field teams and ensure the successful execution of landscape maintenance projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of a landscape maintenance team
• Ensure work is completed on time, within scope, and to company standards
• Supervise, train, and motivate team members to perform at their best
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
• Monitor equipment, materials, and job site safety
• Reports to landscape operations manager

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in landscaping and team supervision
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Valid driver’s license

• 8 hour shift
