Agamim Classical Academy is different from other schools—by design. We are a small, K-8, public charter school that offers a classical, liberal arts education for free. Our highly diverse student body of 200 scholars comes to our school from over 25 Metro area cities and around the world. Our students receive a rigorously intellectual, joyfully virtuous, and culturally responsive education to benefit themselves and others.

Each teacher has a yearlong, dedicated instructional peer coach and team of administrators focused on their growth as effective, classical educators.

LICENSURE:

Teachers at Agamim are required to have current Minnesota certification in their grade/subject levels. *We will assist teachers in the licensure process for those who do not have a teaching license.

Employment Details:

Per state statute, employee children are granted preference for enrollment. Please see our Enrollment Policy for more information. Teachers also must participate in the Minnesota Teacher’s Retirement System. Benefits packages are included for employees who work more than 30 hours per week, and compensation is negotiated on an individual basis. Please see our board-approved academic calendar posted on the Agamim website for more information about teacher training dates in early August.
