As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Production & Customer Service Associate to join our growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating and monitoring DTF printers and heat press machines
• Preparing, packaging, and labeling printed materials for shipment
• Performing quality checks to ensure print standards are met
• Assisting with customer service inquiries (email, phone, and in-person)
• Using computers to process orders, print files, and manage customer information
• Standing for extended periods during production shifts
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the production area
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily deadlines and production goals

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to differentiate and match colours accurately
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working long hours on your feet
• Positive attitude, adaptable, and team-oriented
• Previous experience in printing or customer service is an asset, but training will be provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
