Laundry Housekeeping Worker

Job Summary

Duties

• Operate laundry machines such as washers, dryers, and ironing equipment efficiently and safely.
• Sort
• Handle special cleaning requests including dry cleaning or stain removal with care and precision.
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and well-maintained.
• Follow safety protocols when handling chemicals or operating machinery.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies of detergents, cleaning agents, and linens.
• Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely delivery of clean linens and clothing.

Requirements

• Prior experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Knowledge of laundry procedures including washing, drying, folding, and stain treatment.
• Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.

Pay: $11.50 - $11.90 per hour
