In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations at our [insert location] site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective management of all operational activities, driving performance, and maintaining high standards of service delivery for our valued customers. A dynamic role, where everyday is different, your duties will include:

  • Manage and control operations for the customer, ensuring a safe working environment coupled with cost effective operational activities
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customer and stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Maintain location and inventory accuracy and increase productivity streams
  • Ensure customer's annual business plan including revenue, profit and service levels are met, and correct action is taken to rectify

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Superior knowledge and proven experience of warehouse operations within a 3PL environment
  • Experience in leading and managing a team across daily operations, development, and succession planning
  • Exceptional end to end knowledge of supply chain operations, with a background in labour planning, cost management and improvement opportunities
  • Excellent people management skills with the ability to influence across a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders
  • Outstanding customer relationship attributes and a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Highly developed conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Experience with WMS systems- ideally Manhattan
