Lead Cleaner / Field Operations Manager (Working Manager Role)

Job Summary

YassClean is a growing residential cleaning company building a repeatable, high-quality operating system that can be scaled across multiple markets.

We are hiring a Lead Cleaner / Field Operations Manager — a hands-on, working leader who will clean, train, manage, and help build the standard operating process that becomes the model for future locations.

This is a player-coach role. You will be in the field regularly, setting the standard, fixing problems, and leading by example.

If you are looking for a desk-only management role, this is not it.
If you want to help build the system others will eventually follow, keep reading.
