Job Summary
YassClean is a growing residential cleaning company building a repeatable, high-quality operating system that can be scaled across multiple markets.
We are hiring a Lead Cleaner / Field Operations Manager — a hands-on, working leader who will clean, train, manage, and help build the standard operating process that becomes the model for future locations.
This is a player-coach role. You will be in the field regularly, setting the standard, fixing problems, and leading by example.
If you are looking for a desk-only management role, this is not it.

Core Responsibilities
Cleaning & Training (Primary)
- Perform residential cleanings regularly
- Lead by example in the field
- Train new hires hands-on
- Retrain team members when quality slips
- Define and demonstrate “what great looks like”
Field Management & Scheduling
- Manage daily field schedules and last-minute changes
- Handle call-outs and reassign coverage
- Step in to clean when coverage is short
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and to standard
Quality & Accountability
- Conduct quality checks during and after jobs
- Review before/after photos
- Address performance issues immediately
- Hold cleaners accountable to established standards
Process & Standard Building
- Help document and refine cleaning and field SOPs
- Contribute to building a standardized, repeatable process that can be trained and replicated
- Provide feedback to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency
- Help shape the operating playbook that future teams will use
What This Role Is NOT
- ❌ Desk-only management
- ❌ Sales or marketing
- ❌ Office admin or payroll
This role owns field execution and standards.

Qualifications
- Prior residential cleaning experience required
- Experience training or leading others preferred
- Ability to use CRM tools on desktop and mobile apps.
- Comfortable managing schedules and people
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Willing and able to clean regularly
- Reliable transportation required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
