Lead Closer (Sales Executive)

ROLE DESCRIPTION
The5 Digital Services Inc. is a Canada-based digital marketing and IT services company looking for a confident and driven Lead Closer to join our team.

This role is ideal for a highly motivated and persuasive individual who is passionate about converting qualified leads into long-term clients. You will play a key role in driving revenue and closing deals for our services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage with qualified leads and prospects
  • Present and pitch our services with clarity and confidence
  • Handle objections and guide prospects toward closing decisions
  • Close deals and convert leads into paying clients
  • Collaborate with the team to improve conversion strategies

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Confident, persuasive, and professional communication style
  • Proven ability or strong willingness to close sales
  • Ability to handle objections effectively
  • Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Positive attitude and consistency in performance
  • Prior sales or closing experience is an asset

Training, guidance, and support will be provided to help you succeed.
