Lead Generation & Sales Administrator

Company: Oasis Waterplaygrounds Inc.Location: Remote / PhilippinesDepartment: Sales & Business DevelopmentReports To: Sales ManagerPosition OverviewThe Lead Generation & Sales Administrator is responsible for identifying potential clients, tracking sales leads, sending introductory outreach emails, and assisting the sales team with proposals and follow-ups.This role focuses on building and maintaining a steady pipeline of opportunities for Oasis Waterplaygrounds’ splashpad and aquatic play projects.The position is administrative and research focused, ensuring that the sales team always has qualified leads and organized contact data.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Research & IdentificationResearch municipalities, parks departments, HOAs, resorts, and developers that may require splashpads or water play featuresIdentify key decision makers such as Parks Directors, City Managers, and Development ManagersBuild and maintain a database of prospective clientsTrack new park construction, recreation upgrades, and municipal funding programsLead Tracking & CRM ManagementMaintain and update the company sales lead databaseTrack all communications with potential clientsEnsure accurate contact information and project notesMonitor lead status from initial contact to proposal stageOutreach & Lead EngagementSend introductory emails to prospective clientsFollow up on previous outreach and inquiriesShare concept visuals, project information, and company materialsSchedule calls or meetings for the sales team when leads show interestProposal & Sales SupportAssist in preparing project proposals and sales documentsSend proposals and supporting materials to prospective clientsTrack proposal delivery and follow-up timelinesCoordinate with the sales team to ensure timely responsesMarket IntelligenceMonitor public bid portals and municipal announcements for new opportunitiesTrack parks development trends and recreation projectsCompile reports on new potential markets or upcoming projectsPerformance MetricsSuccess in this role will be measured by:Number of qualified leads identified per monthNumber of outreach emails sentNumber of responses or meetings generatedNumber of proposals sent to prospective clientsAccuracy and completeness of CRM recordsRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong research and internet investigation skillsExcellent written communication and email etiquetteStrong organizational and data management abilitiesProficiency with spreadsheets and CRM systemsAbility to work independently and manage lead pipelinesPreferred:Experience with lead generation or sales administrationFamiliarity with municipal or government clientsExperience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce)Key TraitsThe ideal candidate is:Detail orientedOrganized and methodicalComfortable with repetitive research and outreach tasksProactive in identifying new opportunitiesStrong communicator in written EnglishTypical Weekly OutputThe Lead Generation Administrator should aim to:Identify 50–100 new potential leads per weekSend 50+ outreach emailsTrack and update all sales opportunitiesSupport preparation of proposals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
