Job Title: Lead Specialist

Job Type: Part-Time, Remote (Work from Home)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 1 PM EST

Compensation: $3/hour + Commission Bonus for Every Locked-In Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Lead Specialist to join our team. This role is primarily focused on lead generation, helping us identify and connect with potential clients or candidates. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to research and gather quality leads efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify potential clients or candidates.
• Generate and compile accurate lead lists.
• Reach out to prospects via email, phone, or other communication channels.
• Maintain and update lead databases with relevant details.
• Assist in follow-ups and track lead conversion progress.
• Collaborate with the team to refine lead generation strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience in lead generation, sales, or research preferred.
• Strong communication and written skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets.
• Proficiency in using Google Sheets, CRM software, or other lead-tracking tools is a plus.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
