Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a Lead Generation Email Marketing Specialist to develop and execute email campaigns that generate high-quality leads. You will be responsible for crafting compelling email sequences, optimizing campaigns, and using data-driven strategies to drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Email Campaign Development: Create and execute lead generation email campaigns, including cold outreach, drip sequences, and nurturing workflows.
  • Content & Copywriting: Craft engaging email copy, subject lines, and CTAs that drive engagement and conversion.
  • List Building & Management: Develop targeted email lists through research, segmentation, and database management.
  • Automation & CRM: Utilize email automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Marketo) to schedule and track campaigns.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, email content, and CTAs to improve open and conversion rates.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor email campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and optimize based on insights.
  • Compliance & Deliverability: Ensure email campaigns follow GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and email deliverability best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align email strategies with overall business goals.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: [X] years in email marketing and lead generation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.), CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho), and data analytics tools.
  • Copywriting Skills: Strong ability to write persuasive and engaging email copy.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyze email performance data and make informed decisions.
  • Lead Nurturing Expertise: Understanding of B2B/B2C sales funnels and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Automation Knowledge: Experience with email automation workflows and trigger-based campaigns.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with email regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cold email outreach and lead prospecting.
  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo for lead generation.
  • Background in B2B, SaaS, or e-commerce email marketing.
  • Certifications in HubSpot, Google Analytics, or email marketing are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $400.00 per month
