Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role:

A3M Partners, a fast-growing U.S.-based accounting firm, is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist / Phone Sales Specialist to help us connect with small business owners and decision-makers. In this role, you’ll be making outbound calls to cold leads, educating them on our services, and booking qualified meetings with our Managing Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to business leads provided by the company
• Introduce and promote A3M's accounting, tax, and bookkeeping services
• Convert cold leads into warm prospects and schedule discovery meetings
• Follow up with interested leads via phone, email, or CRM
• Accurately document lead activity and scheduled meetings
• Collaborate with management to refine outreach strategies and scripts
• Meet weekly performance goals (calls made, meetings booked, etc.)

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of outbound phone sales or appointment setting experience (required)
• Proven ability to convert cold leads into warm leads
• Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills in English
• Comfortable speaking to U.S.-based business owners and professionals
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment for remote work
• Willingness to work during U.S. business hours or with some overlap

Preferred Experience:

• Experience selling accounting, tax, or professional services (a big plus)
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php24,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
