Lead Generation Specialist – Full-Time (Entry-Level, Cold Calling)

We are a fast-growing marketing company serving health clinics across Canada and the USA. We’re hiring a full-time Lead Generation Specialist to join our Edmonton team. No experience required—just a positive attitude and willingness to learn!

About the Role:
This is a phone-based position focused on generating new leads for our sales team. You’ll be making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our services, and booking appointments for the sales team to follow up.

What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound cold calls to businesses daily
• Introduce our marketing services and set appointments
• Track calls and results in our system
• Follow scripts while also thinking on your feet
• Work towards daily and weekly targets
• Earn bonuses for meeting performance goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills
• Positive, motivated, and goal-driven attitude
• Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
• Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, Google Docs, WhatsApp)
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• No experience required—we provide training!

Additional Details:

• Office-based role in Downtown Edmonton
• Monday to Friday, full-time hours
• $15-$20/hour + bonus opportunities based on performance
