Lead Mixologist/Bar Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Lead Bartender/Mixologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mixology and a flair for creating innovative cocktails that enhance our guests' dining experience. As a Mixologist/Lead Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, ordering all beverages, training bar team, and maintaining a well-organized bar area. Your expertise in the food and beverage industry will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and specialty drinks.
• Create unique drink recipes that align with seasonal trends and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Interact with guests to provide recommendations and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate beverage pairings with menu items.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
• Adhere to all local laws regarding alcohol service and ensure responsible serving practices.
• Participate in catering events and banquets as required, showcasing your mixology skills in various settings.
• Build relationships with vendors. Purchase all alcohol, wine, beer, NA beverages for property.
• Train bar team on cocktails, wine, and beer program.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or Bar focused dining environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling and food safety practices is essential.
• Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Experience in catering or banquet service is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment are required.

Pay: $13.00 - $40.00 per hour
