Lead Remanufacturing Technician - Tilburg

The Lead technician works closely with our Engineers and Technicians on the process of analyzing HV battery products. The Lead Remanufacture Technician reports to the Supervisor of the group. You are responsible for determining the root failures of complex electromechanical assemblies, and repairing/remanufacturing those products to specification. The Reman Lead tests and analyzes the devices, and then follows provided instructions, schematic diagrams, and mechanical drawings to perform the repairs. You will also work with Engineers and Technicians to identify new failure modes, implement corrective/preventive actions, help develop new repair instructions, and work to hand-written and verbal instructions when necessary. Reman Tech Leads also use hand tools and computer-based electrical test equipment and databases to analyze and repair product and subassemblies. Has substantial understanding of the job; applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks; works on moderately difficult assignments; uses judgment to resolve issues. Maintains workstations, consistent with 5S practices. Leads continuous improvement activity and performs standardized work providing recommendations and solutions to Engineers.
