Lead Window Cleaning Technician

Sparkle Squad is growing in northern Virginia! Since opening in April 2012, we have become one of the largest residential and commercial window and gutter cleaning, power washing, and holiday lighting businesses in North America. Our business is expanding our northern Virginia footprint with our newest franchise, Sparkle Squad of South Fairfax-Woodbridge-Alexandria. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Window Cleaning Technician to lead our team and drive the growth of our franchise.

The Position: Lead Window Cleaning Technician

Key responsibilities:

Operations and leadership

• Lead team in completing commercial and residential jobs safely and efficiently.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for your team on all services including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and holiday lighting.
• Deliver weekly safety meetings.

Customer service

• Ensure that all customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints are addressed promptly and resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and continuously strive to exceed their expectations.

Marketing

• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients, and develop relationships to expand the client base.
• Deliver an aggressive ground game which includes door hangers, lawn signs, and generating reviews on the Google My Business page.
