POSITION SUMMARY:

An integral role within the Global Real Estate reporting to the Facility Lead EMEA, this position will have direct responsibility for the administration of all leases. The role will manage the database of all lease agreements ensuring a consistent approach to the data across the globe. The role will assist in providing accurate information to support the long-term strategic real estate goals and requirements of the business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of a new lease administration software solution (database).
  • Manage and review final lease information and input in the database.
  • Manage reporting requirements to relevant stakeholders on status of leases.
  • Research and resolve A/R and A/P.
  • Partner with the compliance teams to ensure GAAP and internal compliance standards are met.
  • Assist manager with reports for other departments, including but not limited to risk management, business continuity and legal.
  • Monitor key dates on leases and notify the applicable stakeholder to complete necessary actions.

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience in corporate real estate supporting a portfolio of properties, facilities management and/or corporate risk and property insurance.
  • Positive, proactive and professional approach to property and facility management delivery.
  • Ability to work on complex problems where analysis of different situations are required, solving problems using rational judgment, leading to specific recommendations.
  • Ability to think strategically as well as to prioritize management and delivery of significant projects to agreed deadlines.
  • Understanding and application of property and facility management principles, concepts, practices and standards.
