LEASING SALES MANAGER
The Leasing Sales Manager is responsible for taking charge of the leasing process. He/ She manages leasing agents, using effective marketing strategies to attract tenants, negotiate leases, conduct property tours, maintain precise documentation, offer exceptional customer service, and staying informed about market trends and legal requirements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and lead a team of leasing sales officers, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve leasing goals.
- Listing current and predictable vacancies on all pertinent platforms.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants and increase property visibility.
- Create detailed reports on leasing performance, including but not limited to occupancy rates, lease renewals, and tenant satisfaction. Presents these reports to senior management, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
- Creating snag lists in consultation with lessees and in coordination with the Customer Experience department
- Drafting and signing legally sound and detailed lease agreements.
- Negotiating the updated features of applicable lease agreements.
- Performing relevant inspections prior to returning lessees' deposits in coordination with relevant departments
- Encourage prospective tenants to lease from us by positioning our property and its units in a favorable light and offering the best possible customer service.
- Provide excellent service to tenants and respond to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, marketing, management, or any related field
- 3+ years’ experience in leasing, sales or real estate is preferable
- Strong leadership and team management skills to lead and motivate a team of leasing sales officers effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, tenants, and team members.
- Proficiency in lease negotiation, as well as the ability to close deals and secure favorable lease terms.
- Strong understanding of property management concepts and issues
WORK SCHEDULE: Hybrid Work Arrangement but may change depending on Company’s operational needs
