We would like to welcome an organized, innovative and process driven colleague to our team.

You will support the Nordic market with a focus on Sweden and Swedish law. The position will be based in Stockholm, and you will report locally to Head of Legal, Nordics. The position is a temporary position until 2026-07-30, ideally starting no later than 1 August 2025.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Handle corporate matters such as corporate restructuring, board meetings, and AGM’s.
• Support the business by negotiating and providing legal advice.
• Legal support for ongoing projects in the Worldline Group.
• Work closely with other departments (such as credit, risk and fraud departments) in assisting them with legal matters.
• Administrative tasks related to the above.

Who Are We Looking For

• Swedish Master of Laws/LL.M (sw juristexamen) with excellent grades.
• 3-7 years’ experience from a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Experience of financial services (and particularly the payments sector) is desirable, but not essential.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
• An outstanding ability to prioritize.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage complex legal texts.
• Excellent legal and analytical skills.
• Hands on and can-do approach.
• Agile with a strong sense of ownership and leadership.
• A fast learner, eager to challenge yourself every day.
• A team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
