Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and highly skilled Level III Commissioned Armed Security Officers for Mobile Patrol duties. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of assigned locations through proactive surveillance and effective conflict management. You will utilize your training in de-escalation tactics and experience to respond to incidents, deter criminal activity, and maintain a secure environment for clients and the public.

Duties

• Conduct regular mobile patrols and be able to navigate efficiently using GPS and patrol assigned areas to deter trespassing, theft, and unauthorized access.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, utilizing first aid and CPR skills when necessary.
• Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances as needed.
• Engage in conflict management strategies to de-escalate potentially volatile situations.
• Handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement as needed to report or assist in incidents that may occur on the property.
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.

Requirements

• Active Valid Level III Commissioned Security License is mandatory.
• Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or military roles preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from assigned sites.
• Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening if required.
• Professional appearance required; officers are expected to provide their own basic equipment (preferably a vest and body camera).

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
