Are you passionate about delivering exceptional financial advice and building meaningful relationships? MAS is seeking a Life & Investment Adviser to provide high-quality phone-based advice to our Members, helping them protect what matters most and achieve their financial goals.
About the Role
As a Life & Investment Centre Adviser, you will:
- Provide tailored advice on life insurance and investment products to existing and prospective Members.
- Proactively manage a portfolio of Members through regular phone-based interactions.
- Conduct needs-based assessments to ensure Members have the right products for their evolving needs.
- Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for new Members and maintain strong relationships with existing Members.
- Achieve individual and team growth targets while upholding MAS's commitment to outstanding service.
What We're Looking For
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
- A Member-focused approach, aligned with MAS's purpose and values.
- Knowledge of life insurance and investment products.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation, such as the Financial Advisers Act and Privacy Act.
- Ability to apply MAS's best practices in life and investment advice.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Essential: Completion of the MAS Protect Accreditation Programme (this will form part of your onboarding and training)
- Desired: National Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) or equivalent.
- Experience in insurance services or financial advice is highly regarded.
