Light Equipment Operator

• Operate skid steer or mini excavator machinery to complete diverse landscape construction projects.
• Execute fine grading and site preparation with expert precision.
• Read, interpret, and follow grade stakes, elevations, and site plans.
• Collaborate closely with supervisors and team members to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Conduct regular equipment inspections and ensure safe, efficient operation.

• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract.
• 1–3+ years of experience operating light equipment (mini ex experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of fine grading, site layout, and construction best practices.
Ability to read construction drawings and work independently with minimal supervision.

• Competitive hourly pay: $28–$31 based on experience.
