Line Cook

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled, efficient, and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in accordance with our restaurant’s recipes and standards, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, and ensuring a smooth kitchen operation during service hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized station and kitchen.
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of the kitchen and equipment.
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation standards.
• Work efficiently under pressure and during busy service periods.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a line cook or prep cook in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices.
• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Culinary school diploma or equivalent is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Fast-paced kitchen environment.
• May involve exposure to hot surfaces and sharp tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php695.00 - Php735.00 per day
