Role Summary

Responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to standard recipes, maintaining consistency, controlling portions, and ensuring fast service during operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Food Preparation & Cooking

• Cook dishes according to standard recipes and portion sizes
• Handle assigned station (wok, steamer, soup, etc.)
• Ensure fast and accurate output during peak hours
• Follow proper cooking sequence and timing

2. Portion Control & Consistency

• Follow exact gram measurements per dish
• Do NOT adjust ingredients without approval
• Ensure taste consistency across all orders

3. Food Quality Control

• Check freshness of ingredients before cooking
• Ensure proper taste, texture, and presentation
• Reject low-quality ingredients

4. Kitchen Discipline & Cleanliness

• Maintain clean workstation at all times
• Follow proper food safety and hygiene standards
• Clean as you go (CLAYGO mindset)

5. Inventory & Waste Control

• Minimize wastage of ingredients
• Report shortages or suspicious usage
• Follow proper storage (FIFO)

6. Team Coordination

• Communicate with dining staff for order flow
• Assist other stations when needed
• Follow instructions from supervisor/chef

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
