Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a love for cooking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to our recipes and standards, ensuring that every dish is of the highest quality.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards

- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Follow all health and safety regulations

- Assist with inventory and stock management

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

- Provide input on menu development and specials

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role

- Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Food Handler Certification is a plus
