Line Cook / Front Counter Attendant

The Greek Kouzina Express is expanding its team and currently seeking 2 Cooks / Front Counter Attendants. To join our amazing team!

We are an open show kitchen, with other vendors at the Yew Street Food Hall. Seeking a candidate with an outgoing, energetic personality. Loves to cook, pays attention to detail. While providing exceptional customer service! The same service will be extended to our food truck and caterings.

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Days, Evening, Weekends. Primarily afternoons and evenings. 16-30 Hours Per Week.Additional shifts available on our Food Truck. Shift differential pay available for food truck shifts and large events.

Work Location: 107 Yew St, Kamloops, BC V2B 4A1 (Yew Street Food Hall) Food Truck - Various locations around Kamloops.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Combination of standing, and walking, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling,

Personal Suitability: Flexibility, Effective interpersonal skills, Client focus, Team player, Excellent oral communication.

Additional Skills: Establish methods to meet, sanitation and safety procedures, Address customers’ complaints or concerns. We have an open kitchen. Employees will be dealing directly with customers and cooking orders. Attention to detail and sanitation is of the utmost importance.

Experience: Minimum 2 year of Line Cook and Customer Service.
