The Meat & Wine Co is expanding, with an exciting new restaurant opening on Collins Street in July 2026.

We're looking for passionate Line Cooks in the Larder section to join our opening kitchen team and help deliver the premium dining experience The Meat & Wine Co is known for.

20-30 hours available

What we are looking for

  • 1+ years of relevant kitchen experience in a busy, full-service A La Carte restaurant
  • Previous experience in Larder/Salad section
  • Passion for quality food and premium hospitality
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is highly regarded
  • Flexible availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
