Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
• Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
• Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work stations
• Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures at all times
• Support the kitchen team during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory management as needed
• Adhere to serving standards and assist in plating dishes attractively for presentation

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service preferred, especially within a restaurant or food industry setting
• Knowledge of food handling safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality meal preparation
• Excellent teamwork skills and good communication abilities
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings as required
• A passion for culinary arts and a desire to grow within the food service industry

Pay: $17.85-$25.10 per hour
