Litigation Paralegal

Woomer & Talarico is looking for a full-time paralegal. You will be responsible for the coordination of all the details before, during and after trial.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions and appellate documents and file them with the court
• Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, etc.)
• Organize exhibits, documents and evidence in a logical manner
• Aid attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests
• Provide assistance with liens

Skills

• Experience civil litigation paralegal
• Applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules and procedures, practices etc.
• Highly organized
• Able to multi-task
• Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail
• Extensive computer and network expertise
• Experience with Needles Software a plus but not required

Pay

Commeasure with experience.
