Live Host

• Lead and host professional live streaming sessions on TikTok, showcasing products, campaigns, and brand stories to a global audience.
• Drive real-time engagement by interacting with viewers, addressing inquiries, and fostering an interactive live environment.
• Effectively communicate product value propositions, key features, and promotional offers to maximize conversions.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams to align with campaign strategies and brand standards.
• Work with MCNs, influencers, and cross-functional teams to prepare structured live content, including scripts, flow, and key messaging.
• Deliver high-quality, on-brand presentations with strong energy, clarity, and audience appeal.
• Monitor live performance metrics and contribute to post-live analysis, including insights on sales, engagement, and audience behavior.
• Support end-to-end live stream execution, including product readiness, inventory coordination, and post-live wrap-ups.
• Partner with co-hosts, assistant hosts, and production teams to ensure seamless and professional live sessions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in live hosting, streaming, content creation, or digital sales is highly preferred.
• Strong on-camera presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with TikTok Live or similar platforms, with an understanding of global audience engagement.
• Confident, dynamic, and able to sustain audience interest in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Flexible with work hours, including evenings, weekends, or campaign-based schedules.
• Strong team collaboration skills with the ability to work across diverse and cross-functional teams.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
