We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional care for children in a nurturing and safe environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess the skills necessary to engage, educate, and support their development. This position requires a proactive individual who is not only attentive to the children's needs but also capable of managing household tasks related to childcare.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
• Plan and engage in educational activities that promote learning and development.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, ensuring dietary needs are met.
• Assist with homework and provide educational support as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up after meals and playtime.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns that may arise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in childcare or as a nanny/babysitter is highly desirable.
• Strong cooking skills with the ability to prepare healthy meals for children.
• Knowledge of child development principles and educational activities.
• Ability to clean and maintain a tidy environment conducive to children's play and learning.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with children and parents alike.
• A nurturing attitude, patience, and a genuine love for working with children are essential qualities for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 48 per week
