Live Selling Host

ABOUT US:

Konvy, Thailand's largest vertical beauty conglomerate, is expanding its success in the Philippines. We are seeking live sellers to join our pioneer team. In this role, you will manage live selling sessions from preparation to execution, engage with viewers in real-time, and track sales performance related to live events.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and organize the live selling setup, including staging, product arrangement, lighting, and technical equipment to ensure smooth and professional broadcasts.

• Host engaging and interactive live selling sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Lazada Live, and Shopee Live, demonstrating products and actively engaging with viewers in real-time.

• Coordinate and implement discount codes, bundle offers, and giveaways during live selling events to boost viewer engagement and sales.

• Respond promptly to questions and concerns from live viewers during broadcasts and through online chat or messages after sessions.

• Maintain accurate records of live selling schedules, sales performance, and product feedback using internal tracking and reporting tools.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must-Haves:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or any related discipline.

• At least 3 years of experience in hosting live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Lazada Live, or Shopee Live.

• At least 3 years of experience managing online marketplace platforms and order processes, including order monitoring and sales tracking.

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace for data analysis, spreadsheet management, and report generation.

• Hybrid and Field Work: Willingness to work onsite, on field visits, and in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

Nice-to-Haves:

• Pleasing and presentable physical appearance suitable for on-camera hosting.

• Confidence and charisma in engaging with live audiences and building rapport quickly.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
