Lobby Ambassador

• Warmly greet and assist guests, ensuring a polished first impression.

• Guide guests to reception, elevators, or other hotel areas as needed.

• Maintain smooth lobby flow and ensure the area is clean and inviting.

• Provide information on hotel facilities, promotions, and local attractions.

• Build rapport with guests, including VIPs and regular visitors.

• Handle guest requests promptly and coordinate with relevant departments.

• Recommend hotel restaurant outlets and assist with reservations to drive revenue.

• Support service recovery by informing the Duty Manager of guest concerns.

• Uphold grooming, safety, and service standards (LQA & Forbes).

• Report maintenance, safety, or security issues immediately.

• Friendly, confident, and well-groomed individuals.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service.

• Ability to stay calm, attentive, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
