Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic presentation of the lobby, entrance, and public areas.
• Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with directions, luggage, and inquiries.
• Support front desk operations and collaborate with concierge and housekeeping teams as needed.
• Ensure all supplies, amenities, and service stations are well-stocked and orderly.
• Respond promptly and discreetly to guest requests or concerns.
• Monitor the lobby for safety, security, and comfort, ensuring a seamless luxury experience.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, courtesy, and guest-focused service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, guest services, or front-of-house operations preferred.
• Impeccable attention to detail and a strong sense of presentation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized, thoughtful service.
