InterCompany Supply Chain (ICSC) is an essential component of the diagnostics value chain, connecting sales affiliates, logistics hubs, business areas, finance, and the global supply chain.

ICSC ensures the compliant execution of a wide range of processes, guaranteeing the high-quality delivery of both physical and digital diagnostic products as well as diagnostic services through well-established supply channels.

The Opportunity

As a Local Business Process Manager, you will support end-users and enhance intercompany supply chain processes through first-level SAP S/4 HANA support, incident management, and system optimization. You will collaborate on global and regional projects, manage master data, and ensure effective training and process improvements involving various business functions. This is an 18 month fixed term contract.

  • Provide first-level SAP S/4 HANA support for Supply Chain Coordinators and Pricing Analysts.

  • Drive system evolution: Document, review, analyze, and present improvement requests to the Global Template Team; ensure consistent processing and regression testing of changes and enhancements.

  • Manage system incidents and changes through ServiceNow and coordinate related system issues and projects.

  • Lead local SAP process excellence: Serve as the Local Business Process Manager for SAP P1S, PDC, GTS EDEC Export, and Pricing SAPCool, managing associated Master Data (MDG M, MDG BP, Outputs).

  • Enable user adoption and system integrity: Train users on changes, support testing for projects (internal & external, including ASPIRE Waves), and ensure business contingency for relevant applications.

  • Actively contribute to Roche's strategic SAP initiatives: Participate in global and regional projects (e.g., acquisitions, releases) and support local process optimization in collaboration with various BPOs and cross-functional partners (Finance, Sites, Global Functions).

Who you are
  • Completed studies in business administration, supply chain, business informatics or a related field.

  • Proven experience in supply chain or similar function.

  • Analytical-conceptual and innovative way of thinking, with the ability to quickly recognize connections and dependencies.

  • Profound knowledge of SAP SD & MM as well as analysis tools (e.g. Excel, gSheets, etc.).

  • High sense of responsibility and integrity.

  • Fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written), good knowledge of German.
