BASIC FUNCTIONS:

• Should at least have attended College
• Computer literate
• Acceptable English Knowledge level
• Should have some work experience, preferably related to Visa Applications or BPO Setup but not required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Outbound Calls to book appointments for Medical Checkup
• The agent will reach out to the client’s customers to assist in completing all

requirements necessary for Visa Application

• Will eventually do emails and chats and receive inbound calls
