Logistics Assistant

Logistics Assistant is responsible for handling the administrative responsibilities which include warehouse support to the logistics manager and the team. He/She performs many duties including managing inbound containers and verifying that they contain the right items.

Job Description:

• Provides support in completing paperwork and documentation
• Carries out clerical work, including typing, proofreading, and editing documents, correspondence, and reports for the logistics department or assigned
• Enters data into spreadsheets from multiple sources, as well as verifying input and calculations
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Utilize logistics management software to track and report on inventory
• Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or related qualification in supply chain, warehouse management and inventory
• Detail-oriented
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to efficiently manage time and meet deadlines
• Ability to work under pressure
• Can Start Immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Weekends

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
