Description:
About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and physically fit individual to join our team at our newly developed Canning Vale facility in Perth. This is a hybrid warehouse/lab-based role and is critical to ensuring that laboratory operations run smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll be responsible for stock control, order preparation, vendor coordination, and supporting our logistics processes—all while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and initiate laboratory stock replenishments
• Prepare and dispatch orders accurately and on time
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance
• Assist with stock audits and contribute to process improvements
• Assist with calibration and repairs of laboratory equipment
• Support the logistics and laboratory teams as required

Skills and Experiences:
About You

• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• The ability to work independently and under time pressure
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move stock as required
• Experience with WHSE protocols and inventory tracking systems
