Logistics Coordinator

We are currently seeking motivated and communicative individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Logistics Co-Ordinator based in Swords. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in logistics and grow within a supportive team environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing customer orders from initial entry through to fulfilment
• Communicating clearly and professionally with customers to understand and address their needs
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
• Developing into a broader role with increased responsibility over time

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent English, both spoken and written
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in order entry and customer interaction
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
• A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow

Due to the location, a full driving licence and access to a car would be an advantage
