Role Overview
We’re seeking a Logistics & Customer Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day U.S. operations — including fulfillment, returns, chargebacks, inventory management, and customer support. You’ll ensure that every order ships accurately, every return is handled smoothly, and every customer receives an exceptional experience that reflects Maxuria’s luxury standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations: packing, labeling, and shipping high-value items with precision and security.
- Oversee returns, chargebacks, and insurance claims, maintaining accurate case tracking and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to meet delivery SLAs and ensure compliance with customs and insurance requirements.
- Manage inventory intake and tracking for shipments from overseas; maintain up-to-date inventory records.
- Provide customer support across TikTok Shop, Shopify, and other channels — resolving inquiries, tracking shipments, and ensuring 5-star satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the international operations team and customer service team to ensure smooth cross-border workflows.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational errors.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or e-commerce fulfillment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; attention to detail is a must.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and shipping tools.
- Experience with luxury or high-value goods preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,640.00 per year
